This training will get you extremely fit and functionally strong, you will lift, squat and lunge with kegs, use battling ropes, overhead bars, climbing ropes, pegboards, push and pull prowlers, flip tyres and drag tyres, swing sledgehammers and hit every muscle in your body ! You may attend a class that does sit ups, star jumps and press ups but you’ll never achieve your ultimate fitness without Spartan ! This is excellent for fighters and none fighters, if you rock climb, hill walk or are involved in adventurous activities this is the one for you !
